Is Caller ID required for dial-in access?

The Local Manager uses a filtering system to determine who can dial into the connected modem. This default filter is to deny all callers. This filter applies even if Caller ID is not available.

To override this filter, use the allow all command.

[[email protected]]# modem
[[email protected] (modem)]# config answer
[config answer]# allow all
[config answer]# exit
