I added a new appliance to the Control Center, but I can't log into it with my account.

Adding an appliance to the Control Center will cause it to synchronize all user accounts, including passwords. However, in addition to Authentication, you will need Authorization to access the appliance. Ensure that you have assigned appropriate permissions on the appliance or on the appliance's group. If permissions are defined in the Inventory and you still cannot log in, check for alarms on the appliance that mention Heartbeat. If there is a Heartbeat issue, the appliance may be having trouble synchronizing information. Contact Uplogix Support if you encounter a Heartbeat alarm.
